The A.I.R.B.D.A operates under a Board of Directors consisting of a Chairman and five (5) members with the Managing Director as one of the members. The Board formulates board policies, guidelines and programmes in keeping with government objectives which Management is expected to execute, Govern the organization by broad policies and objectives.
